

Nutrition is extremely important in achieving goals. But it isn’t as complicated as the press and magazines like to make out, every week there’s the latest ‘celebrity diet’ or one day veg is good for you, the next its not.
Well one thing you can be assured of is that 99.9999% of what you have read and heard is completed rubbish. We will look at what you eat over a period of 3-4 days and I can then sit down with you and discuss how it can be adapted to make it healthier and more effective for your personal circumstances, it isn’t rocket science, healthy eating is natural and at the end of the day, once you get past the addictions and brain washing, healthy eating comes naturally to us all.
