BoxercisePT is a fantastically fun style of exercise based on boxing training principles. It is a pad focused workout incorporating some old school style boxing training, creating highly effective fitness training suitable for literally everybody. It is so effective I recommend you only need 30 minute sessions to start with.

Boxercise is especially popular with women as it allows them to attend a boxing style class without the pressure of sparring, Boxercise is purely a non confrontational class and no sparring is involved, just lots of fun pad work with many different types of exercises to ensure you burn lots of bodyfat, tone up literally every muscle in your body in record time and all while having a great time.

Boxercise started in 1992 and has grown to be the most popular class to attend and teach due to 2 main reasons, firstly its fantastic fun in a great atmosphere and secondly it is highly effective at getting everybody fit – FAST.

Boxercise is suitable for all ages groups, males and females and from the experienced boxer to someone who has never thrown a punch in their life, its open to all and everyone is welcome to book a Boxercise PT session with me.

You do not need to be Ricky Hatton to attend Boxercise, it wouldn’t be so popular with women across the world if it wasn’t fun and effective, I am a qualified Boxercise instructor and level 3 Personal Trainer so you can rest assured you are in very experienced hands.
